We specialise in developing practical skills for both individuals and organisations, with a strong focus on hands-on training that prepares trainees for real working environments.

Our Services
At TDC, we provide competency-based training in areas such as heavy equipment operations, electrical and instrumentation systems, mechanical maintenance, and general engineering practices.

Our trainers hold recognized certifications from institutions such as City & Guilds of London, the National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI), and other accredited bodies. Their combined industry experience allows us to deliver training that is both technically sound and practically relevant.
Over the years, we have worked with major industry players including Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd and Perseus Mining Ghana Ltd, providing training, employee assessment, and apprenticeship development programs.
